Pg's 100-133 By Christina King
Anne Frank in this part of the book is just trying to get through all of this dullness in her life At first she tells us about the table. That Mr.Van Dann gets served first and he gives his opinion and that no one dares to argue with him if he does not like something than people don't eat it.Also that no one talks ever because it usually comes out in an argument.Anne is thinking about how she is so fortunate because she right now is not getting tortured by the Germans in those camps they have going .She is thinking about these things mostly because of Lies, who is her friend who came many times in Anne's dreams and she looked miserable from torture and starvation. She is thinking a lot about the changes in her body and the erg's that she had felt before. One of the major things she talked about was her fountain pen that she got when she was about nine years old.She said that she had used the pen for everything mostly except in the sixth form when her teacher only let her use school pens and pencils. She said that a few days before she was writing on her desk and that her father and sister had to work there so she went and swept up the dirt and went and burned the stuff in the fire afterwards she could not find her pen and her family was looking for it and her sister,Margot, told Anne that she probably burned it the fire.Anne could not believe tat until there was proof so they put out the fire and looked for remains and they found the handle so now she believed. At the end she becomes great friends with peter and they spend much time together.
